Jay Kruse is one of few people in the West who specializes in the design, construction and technique of the Eastern reed flute, the Ney. He has also developed a teaching style for hand drumming that empowers the novice with the tools, knowledge and experiential support necessary for grasping the nuances of rhythm based on an understanding of the mechanics involved - not luck or mimicry. His most recent project is a series of books and videos designed to help people with the challenges of learning to play, and make, the Ney and Bansuri flutes.

Although Jay specializes in making bamboo and reed flutes, playing and teaching these instruments, he is also passionate about recording a wide variety of music that ranges from trance, meditation and dance to songs that are engineered to produce precise and positive responses in the listener’s physiology.

He also markets products that have been proven to enhance the body’s renewal system and support optimal health by taking advantage of the latest breakthroughs in ‘stem cell nutrition.’

Jay has taken his years of experience in music, holistic studies and marketing and built this new platform to share his discoveries and creations. He is passionate about exposing other creative individuals to the tools and techniques that other industries have used to create prosperous livelihoods for those few who are willing to listen, learn and apply new knowledge.
